The Best Outdoor Destinations in North San Antonio

Our mothers often give us advice based on what is good for us. That’s why many of us grew up with moms who told us to eat our vegetables and go outside to play. There is scientific evidence that shows mom was right.

According to studies in the National Library of Medicine, “studies have also shown that being in nature has a positive effect on our bodies by reducing cortisol levels, muscle tension, and demands on our cardiovascular systems (lowers heart rate and blood pressure). Being out in nature often may lead to lower rates of heart disease.”

While a big part of the typical apartment life is spent indoors, that isn’t the case for apartments in North San Antonio like Costa Bella. Our apartments are near some of the finest golf courses, parks and recreational areas in North San Antonio. If you’re interested in the best outdoor destinations in the north part of the Alamo City, here are a few that can't be missed.
